Dining at Hotel Sovereign

The restaurant "Epicure" dedicated to follow the axiom ot the Greek philosopher Epicuros: "Happiness or enjoyment is the summum bonum of life."

Our chef, Mr. Pavel Zalesky, being inspired by the Fresh Market Cuisine trends, has created a tempting combination of a standard menu and a daily choice of specialty dishes, based on supply of fresh raw material. You will never get bored at the Epicure as every day you will find something different on the menu.

The restaurant Epicure offers a wide selection of French and local wines and it is fully air conditioned.

Breakfast

Our restaurant is situated on the ground floor of the hotel and is open every day for breakfast. Rich buffet breakfast is served Mo - Fri from 7 a.m. till 10 a.m. and Sa ,Su from 7 a.m. till 10:30 a.m.
